How quickly can SUSBIO install an STP?+
SUSBIO ECOTREAT is factory pre-tested and dispatched as a ready-to-install unit. On-site installation and commissioning typically takes 3–5 working days depending on site readiness and civil work.
What capacity range does SUSBIO serve?+
SUSBIO serves 1 KLD to 500+ KLD. The ECOTREAT capsule starts at 1 KLD for villas and bungalows. Cylinder models go up to 300 KLD. For larger capacities, modular configurations are available.
Is SUSBIO ECOTREAT CPCB compliant?+
Yes. SUSBIO ECOTREAT meets CPCB Class A norms — BOD ≤10 mg/L, COD ≤50 mg/L, TSS ≤10 mg/L. SUSBIO provides full compliance documentation and can assist with SPCB approvals.
Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts?+
Yes. SUSBIO offers AMC packages covering routine servicing, consumable replacement, outlet quality testing, and emergency support — available across all service locations pan-India.
Can I visit the Pune manufacturing facility?+
Yes. Site visits to our Vasuli MIDC facility in Chakan, Pune can be arranged for serious enquiries. Contact us to schedule — we encourage prospective clients to see the manufacturing and quality testing process first-hand.
Do you export SUSBIO products internationally?+
